Abstract:

Cutaneous melanocytic nevi cause cosmetic defects and represent a risk of malignant transformation. Facial Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevus (GCMN) represents a major cosmetic deformity for the patient and is a challenge for plastic surgeons to achieve the best cosmetic results. Here in, a case of single-stage surgical reconstruction was presented using a partial thickness sheet skin graft for a facial GCMN.
